Well... to be fair... Edison didn't invent shit. He just slapped his name on all the patients and took credit from the actual inventors who worked for him.

One of the reasons he and Nikola Tesla parted ways on bad terms because Edison kept stealing Tesla's inventions and Tesla wasn't about that shit.
