The guy in Rochester, while not a shooting, is the same situation as Rodney King. Jacob Blake should have been beaten with a club rather than tased and shot. He could then be left to rot in jail. Back in the day billy clubs were used for non compliance. There should be a non lethal intervention option available to law enforcement. Tasers work sometimes but they don't have a lasting effect like getting beat to shit with a club. No police officer should have to engage in a fist fight or wrestling.
