This is a 757 TAL(Trans Atlantic) bird with great legs(long range) and can get into and out of short fields (short runways) with phenomenal climb performance for short hops. Note excess bubbles(Satellite Comm) on top of fuselage and lots of antennas on top and mostly bottom for Communications(HF, VHF, UHF).
