So yeah....Ferguson USED to be a vibrant, sprawling area until crime sky rocketed and everyone that made it what it was moved out. That goes for both black AND white people. Now it's an empty vessel of what it used to be.
My job, without being too specific, involves going to many homes in my city. There are TONS of black people in the suburbs. These people are so unbelievably dishonest and racist it’s pathetic.
Do we base our judgment on cities like Chicago, Detroit, Seattle, Portland, New York, LA or was there a specific black community she wants to use as an example?
Searching the internet there is Baldwin Hills that is the”black Beverly Hills” and some Long Island suburbs and Maryland burbs that all having higher than average median income and median home prices and high rates of marriage.
Compton, Ferguson.. were both once safe white communities.. then black people took over. I don't mind black people in my neighborhood, but if they are taking it over, then I know it's time to move.
