Crazy. I remember seeing that video when it was posted on the policeactivity youtube channel and thinking it was completely justified. Terrible situation, but justified. This charge won't hold up. A bat in the hands of a noncompliant adult male is absolutely a deadly weapon. Especially the way he's holding it. This is politics.
