For any other wealthy person, I would guess this was an IV infusion of vitamins and what not. This seems to be rather in vogue for those high rollers. But for Biden, given his obvious mental decline, I really do wonder what they are pumping him with. Donald is spot on for wanting a drug test preceding the debate, which I still doubt will even happen.
