He could have a clotting disorder. Thinners would match up with the liver spots and hair loss.

It could and it could also explain why for some weird reason the news was pushing this narrative that Trump had a series of mini strokes.

Also, when people are on blood thinners their veins are far more likely to burst when being cannulated which would leave a mark much like what you see in this pic
