FEC website still lists all the democrat primary candidates on the list. They're marked as "withdrawn" but I would think this is the reason candidates say they are "suspending their campaign" when they drop out rather than saying they're dropping out.

For example Bernie Sanders never dropped out, he suspended his campaign.
