Hello Chairwoman Decker,
I am a concerned citizen. Gaige Grosskreutz is the man who pointed a handgun at Kyle Rittenhouse and had his arm shot. It is undisputed that Gaige is a felon, and was in possession of an illegally obtained handgun.
For what I understand a felon in possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime in Wisconsin is $25,000/10 years max, plus 6 year enhancement to whatever other crime is charged.
Why is Gaige walking free, while Kyle Rittenhouse is in jail? Please use your position to investigate the double standard – the two tiers of justice being carried out in our state.
Please respond to my inquiry explaining how you will pursue justice and secure the safety of Kenosha’s citizens. Thank you.
This won't work, because nobody has been able to find the felony conviction. The only conviction that's been made publicly available is a misdemeanor for being intoxicated while in possession of a firearm. Need to change your argument so she can't just dismiss you.
Let's say Grosskreutz was legitimately "trying to stop a mass shooter", that he actually believes his own narrative. This is against WI concealed carry training (which he MUST have gotten, otherwise he is demonstrably illegally concealing that handgun), as I got it before I left the state. And, as I'm sure any CCW license holder can tell you, against all training we're given. You having a weapon does not deputize you. It does not give you authority to chase down an assailant.
At the VERY LEAST, bare minimum, he should be arrested and charged for assault with a deadly weapon.
That said, there is that facebook post where he allegedly expressed regret at not being able to shoot "that little punk" (or whatever the verbiage was) Kyle, which is obviously not the typical words of a defensive shooter.
Edit: seems y'all didn't lambaste me because I appeared to be defending him. Appreciate it. Anyways, another thought that occurred: the best case scenario, ignoring illegal felony possession of a firearm, is that he would be charged with ADW and MAYBE pled down to reckless endangerment. This assumes he gets the crookedest judge and prosecutor possible and they do all they can to aid him. He still would be on the hook for waving his gun around in a crowded area, as normal citizenry don't have qualified immunity.
Its even more simple than that. If you have to chase someone to use your firearm, you are not following the instructors of your CCW class. At the very least, we can rest a little easier knowing he will have a lifelong reminder of his stupidity.
This was not the case when I got it in... 2014 or so?
Edit: sorry, that's one of 5 options. My bad for misrepresenting the info.
That said, even if you don't take an official CCW course, it is probably still the case that you must make yourself familiar with the rules and regs, right?
The most important thing to know is the laws surrounding self defense shooting. I can tell you for sure I would chase someone if they hurt my family and would face the consequences.
I added the question of why at the least he hasn't been questioned for the attempted murder of a minor. I also believe it's against the Geneva convention to false surrender and then attack.

Please fill her email box up. She has come out publicly in support of Kyle. She has a bully pulpit to get this question answered.
Sent! Everyone needs to do this!
Be patient. Kyle's defense team will expose the criminals but if we could help speed up that process, that would be amazing.
I clicked on both of the links but I didn’t see any actual case Information. Do you have a case number?
Maybe Vice can interview him.
I like the way you think, Pede.
Stay with me here, total devil's advocate:

Chasing someone with a gun is almost universally illegal.
Right, hence why I'm saying he'll at the BARE FUCKING MINIMUM get assault w/ deadly weapon.
He is a felon. He can't legally own a firearm.
You don’t need a Wisconsin concealed carry class to get a Wisconsin permit.
Source: I have a resident Wisconsin ccw and I never took a class in Wisconsin

He claimed to be unarmed and the interviewing officer had to grudgingly agree.
I think he's being offered immunity for the price of testifying against Kyle by the DA.
Now that... I would believe.
Do they want citizen mobs jailbreaking Kyle out?
Because that would be how you get it
We need to win this in court. Though such reaction would be understandable it would be damaging to us.
He has not been arrested because America is being taken down by leftists. Once the RINOsaurs lose it is all over.
I added the question of why at the least he hasn't been questioned for the attempted murder of a minor. I also believe it's against the Geneva convention to false surrender and then attack.
He was also carrying it concealed, in his waistband.
Because he is from a very protected group of people.

DONE AND DONE
Because the local PD doesn't want to arrest him.
The Feds will have to take him out.
A pattern is starting.

When the law fails the people respond. Lynching is vigilanteism. Doesn't happen on accident. The law fails the people respond
Will someone please shake Gaiges hand.
hopefully he will also resist arrest and get filled with lead when arrested.
