Covid is a flu, we know that. Covid and the Common flu both cause lung issues and lead to pneumonia And other illnesses. Now if you die from pneumonia that was brought on due to covid running it’s course you would list COVID-19 + pneumonia as the cause of death.
The 94% on that cdc report are not just people that had pre existing conditions
