For me:
A complete reform of the US Education system from local to federal. The more I reminisce about my education in the 80's and early 90's while recalling the talk radio greats I listened to (Limbaugh and Boortz) the more I realize how right they were.
My knee-jerk reaction to this was deport all commies! but that only goes so far. Educating our children on the evils of communism, removing the teachings (social justice, gender studies, revisionist history, freakonomics, etc) will have a lasting impact that will preserve our nation.
Education would be my #1 as well, but it’s more of a state/local issue. After that, I’d go with barring unions for federal employees and dismantling the bureaucracy. It’s way too difficult to remove these people and government service should be that, service. Not an avenue to get wealthy.
