Of course there are more gun-related deaths in 2A states. There are more guns in 2A states than in gun-controlled states.
It's kind of like how there's more black on black killings in democrat run cities because there are more black gang members in those cities.
For instance, WV doesn't have nearly as much black on black killings compared to IL because the ratio of blacks in our state is insignificant comparatively speaking, but there are more gun-related deaths in WV.
If they want to control guns to curb the death, they should be controlling gangs to curb the death rates in cities, but they won't and they can't, because controlling gangs involves a more surgical approach such as keeping fathers in the family and such. Pretty much everything that would solve the minority gang problem in the cities goes against the democratic platform, so they won't do it.
The point is that the definitions “they” use create the narrative they want pushed.
Suicides would find another way to kill them selves and the person acting in self-defense faced a deadly threat which would’ve killed them had they not acted (so, a dead person either way).
This is why numbers and facts lie all the time.
