Are there not bail bondsmen in Wisconsin? It’s a legitimate business. You give the company 10%, they put up the other 90%. You get out on bail and the bail bond company made 10%.
Even if they did asking a bail bondsman to put up $2 million is a lot more than they normally deal with. There is a big risk/cash flow assessment involved. Even if they are confident in the case that doesn't mean they are confident that the money isn't going to be held up in court for years.
Lin Wood is using private security contractors who used to be Navy SEALs for the protection of himself and his team. I imagine he'd extend that to Kyle and his family.
Lol. If you showed up at the judge's home you'd be in a prison cell right next to Kyle. Don't think that because leftists can do it that you can do it too. It's going to take a lot more than protest to fix our one sided justice system.
The revolving bail system is the real perpetuator of injustice. I have no idea how a better system might work or if there is one, but I've never understood how this can't be considered extortion.
Bail should function where you put up an amount of money and the court is sure you'll show up to get your money back. Once the case is over you get your money back.
With Kyle, he already turned himself into the cops after the shooting happened. When they didn't arrest him he went home. When they decided to arrest him after the fact he went right in. He's shown he isn't a flight risk, so $1 million is more than enough bail.
I pitched in $20 today. Can't quite afford $500 right now but that's what I'm working toward financially -- being able to give $500 to a good cause when it crops up.
Edit: OK, just saw outside the article that bail was set at $2 mil. Still, only give to the fund promoted by Lin Wood. Its not been verified that the other one has even contacted Kyles attorneys.
Not sure if anyone else read the article, but no where does it mention that bail has been set. In fact, I dont think anything is happening until....was it the 23rd? After the first session where Kyle wasn't even present and his court appointed attorney requested time for Kyle to hire lawyers his next trial date isn't set till late Sept. Don't believe anything said till then, and be careful which fund you give to. I'd only give to the one promoted by Lin Wood.
Yeah too bad it didn’t happen in New York he could’ve got out the next day, like every other loser piece of shit that Bill de Blasio keeps letting out of prison.
2 million is pretty ridiculous for a kid that is obviously not a flight risk BUT if the judge is tough and he gets off it does prove that he wasn’t given special treatment.
Corrupt judge. You can't do bonds at 10% in Wisconsin. Cash only. This is no different than a 20 million bail in most states. Ya, this is INSANE the judge did this.
More donations need to come. 2 million needs to be put down. INSANE. CORRUPT! Leftists destroy everything they touch.
It would be sick to throw away $200,000. You don't get bail bond money back. The bail must be reduced. Also my understanding is Wisconsin doesn't allow it.
My understanding is that you get it back when you appear for trial. It is a security deposit with the court, that is refundable, if you do what you are supposed to do: stand trial.
2 mil it is then. Asshole
Anyone know where to donate??
And another 20 goes out. For Kyle, For Freedom!
50 here.....fuck you judge whatever your name is
Matched in $ and sentiment.
Also matched.
+100 LETS FUCKING GOOOOO
+20
+20
Another 20 from me.
$50 - Kyle will walk
+20 more here
Awesome. Thank you.
Another $50. Let's go!
+20 #fightback
Let’s Do This!
NRA renewal money going directly to the needed source.
This right here.
Seriously
I guess I’ll have to donate another $100 then.
Spez: And done! Let’s get this poor kid out of jail!
So bond should only be $200k, though if he does post bail I hope they have hella good security/safe house for him.
Not in Wisc. Cash only bail, no bond. This is the same as a $20M bail in most states.
Oh wow. The judge really is corrupt then!
Surfuckingprise!
Is he currently in Wisconsin or Illinois?
His extradition hearing is postponed for a while so he must still be in IL.
“To Wisconsin: We have reviewed your request and found it lacking merit. Go fuck yourselves.”
He's in Illinois at the moment.
He’s not in Wisconsin yet though no?
Are there not bail bondsmen in Wisconsin? It’s a legitimate business. You give the company 10%, they put up the other 90%. You get out on bail and the bail bond company made 10%.
Wisconsin doesn't allow bail bonds.
I’ll take your word for it but that just seems bizarre to me.
He's on the money. No bondsmen in Wisconsin. Cash bond only.
https://glinskilawoffice.com/what-is-bail-in-wisconsin/
But if he's in Illinois right now?
Unsure which state law applies in extradition.

All because of ........ and only because of ...... the MEDIA!
Very literally the enemy.
I want to believe that this security dispatch has a black ops Pepe patch on their fatigues
Also when you do a bond you pay 10% and the bail bondsman puts up the other 90%. You never get that 10% back. That is the fee you pay to the bondsman.
That judge should be fired!
The judge should have a free helicopter ride.
And an express, one-way trip back to the ground
Wisconsin does force cash bail - and does not accept bail bonds...
Kyle needs $2 million cash to get out....
SPREAD IT AROUND
Not true in Wisconsin, apparently.
You are right...
i will change this...
I think false statements should be removed.... or corrected. Pedes need TRUTH - not More Mis/Dis-information.
You misspelled imprisoned.
*That judge should be fried! As in the electric chair.
A guy who turned himself in twice (or tried to) is surely a considerable flight risk.
he did turn himself in the next day. hours after
Lol. If you showed up at the judge's home you'd be in a prison cell right next to Kyle. Don't think that because leftists can do it that you can do it too. It's going to take a lot more than protest to fix our one sided justice system.
A rope and a branch will do the trick.
I hope many of the people on here read this comment very seriously and really think about it when they go to bed tonight.
The measure of a society is by those who plants seeds to trees they will never bask in the shade of.
There was a demo at the juvenile center
He is a youth too...
HOW MANY MURDER PERPS IN CHICAGO GET A $2 million bond set???
Illinois you can do 10%... This is like $20m bail in Chicago.
So all these killing in Chicago - the perps (if caught) get 20 mil bonds?
https://heyjackass.com/
Or is the bond set to 'ability to pay vs run'

ACtually, you kind of raised a good point in regards to "modern tracking methods".
Why don't they just slap an ankle bracelet on people awaiting trial? Hell, make it an option instead of bail.
It reads like a love story.
My man!
I pitched in $20 today. Can't quite afford $500 right now but that's what I'm working toward financially -- being able to give $500 to a good cause when it crops up.
I contributed what I could. This bail is beyond absurd. So are the charges.
Clearly an unbiased judge.
The judge has proven to be biased/corrupt, hes probably a Marxist "activist judge".
$50 in, this is a total miscarriage of justice

Just donated
CHALLENGE ACCEPTED
+20 fuck em... I've just about had it.
BRING IT.
This article doesn't state that bail has been set at $2m, or at all. Is that in another article?
Exactly. Terrible bait headline. Bad post.
Unfortunate really, since it ended up being accurate, I think they just posted the wrong article or remembered the bail part from another article.
https://wcca.wicourts.gov/caseDetail.html?caseNo=2020CF000983&countyNo=30&index=0&mode=details
had to do some digging
They just put his home address in here. That's not good.
Where is the name of the judge who issued that bail? I didn't see it on that page, do you know?
No clue. Sorry.
Does that 2 mil under "arrest warrant" mean bail? Or is that something else entirely?
Dunno man. I’m but a simple pede
Yeah too bad it didn’t happen in New York he could’ve got out the next day, like every other loser piece of shit that Bill de Blasio keeps letting out of prison.
2 million is pretty ridiculous for a kid that is obviously not a flight risk BUT if the judge is tough and he gets off it does prove that he wasn’t given special treatment.
i guess we donate 10 mil then. i've donated. lets get more.

Donated. Fuck these people.
lulz this is gonna be such a shitshow, how can he go about getting a different judge? this one sounds like a real activist.
In what world is it legal to demand $2,000,000 bail for a 17 year old who's only prior is a speeding ticket? I will tell you, CLOWN WORLD!
Mind you he turned himself in, TWICE! But he's a flight risk right???? FUCK I HATE CLOWN WORLD!
Cunt Sucking vampires
bail bondsman = 10%
Wrong state.

You get bail back. A bail bond goes to the bondsman. The Bondsman puts up the Bail. They get to keep the 10%.
Smart move, they can show motivated (biased) court in appeal if they lose
Sadly, this just set the 'tone' for the mock trial of Rittenhouse. A corrupt judge, 12 Antfia member jury, and good by Kyle.
2 million dollar bail for a 17 year old what a joke
Where the fuck does judge cocksucker propose Kyle is going to run to?
https://wcca.wicourts.gov/caseDetail.html?caseNo=2020CF000983&countyNo=30&index=0&mode=details
here's a link I found, only thing I found with a quick search for a source on the the $2 million bail....THANKS OP
They can do this, because they know Kyle’s side won’t burn the city down in outrage.
Watch us. >:)
Just a heads up, there is NO bondsmen in Wisconsin. Straight up cash bond or "signature bond" (which won't happen).
https://glinskilawoffice.com/what-is-bail-in-wisconsin/
2 mil for self defense, but the looters get out for next to nothing?
Challenge accepted.
Piece a shit swamp judges!!
But the Antifa murderers just walk free I’m starting to see the pattern here
So he will pay 200k bond and have 800k for legal defense.
Not in WI. Cash only, must be paid in full.
These funds were never going to go to his bail.
