I saw that one I think it was on Nat Geo. Walking around out of your cell basically kissing the floor. If you even look up they will stomp your ass and sic the K9 on you. They definitely don't fuck around.

But I just mean the basic police work not corrections. I saw a video of Russian cops raiding a house of some suspected Nigerian smugglers. They were beating the shit out of them even after they surrendered.
