I remember when they started throwing water on the cops in NY. The cops walked away like a dog with their tail between their legs. No arrests. The disrespect festered and the dindu nuthins were emboldened. This type of behavior needs to be nipped in the bud. (i.e. temper tantrums dealt with at a young age.) I remember when I used to say that if you don't discipline your child the cops will do it for you. I didn't take into account renegade lawmakers who would neuter cops and practically render them defenseless.
