I bet he ditched that gun he used in the murder. Which is what made his self defense even less likely....you don't ditch a gun you committed self defense with.

"Oh ok you're going with self defense, how about turning over that gun you used"....."Uh I can't"....."Why not?"...."Don't have it anymore". Nope, that conversation wouldn't have gone well for his "defense".
