Definitely 1st degree murder, but it's Portland's DA Mike Schmidt, so he undercharged this useful idiot.

Commies, where is the Latin in wait charge? The definition of 1st degree is the intent to commit the act with the purpose of murder...

Waited, with a gun, for victims, murdered, did Vice interview.

Laying in wait is specific language in first degree murder charges in most states. There's even a line about "lying in wait to spill blood" in the bible. This is the worst kind of murder and has been known to be for thousands of years.

In some states, it allows for “special circumstances.” Meaning, death penalty, because it’s so evil.

Mostly peaceful first degree murder is like a second degree murder in social justice court

Lying in wait, premeditated. Identified then hid to kill a non-threat as an aggressor. Textbook 1st degree murder.
