Commies, where is the Latin in wait charge? The definition of 1st degree is the intent to commit the act with the purpose of murder...

Laying in wait is specific language in first degree murder charges in most states. There's even a line about "lying in wait to spill blood" in the bible. This is the worst kind of murder and has been known to be for thousands of years.

In some states, it allows for “special circumstances.” Meaning, death penalty, because it’s so evil.
