This picture is taken from across the street from where Danielson went down. So, not knowing the timing, but assuming this was right before the shooting, it does appear that they were ambushing them. Danielson and Pappas must have immediately walked across the street to where the shooting happened. This actually supports my theory that they were headed down there to fist fight, and got shot instead. I think the JEEP had his friends and the red car had BLM and when they saw them rolling up, they crossed the street to where they were planning on throwing down. This is obviously just a theory based on what I have seen.

You are correct. In the context of the shooting, this cannot be real. They are on the wrong side of the street. It is possible that this is an image from a different time in the night and may show an ambush opportunity that was missed.
I suppose it is possible that the picture is from some other time, but that same night, because everyone involved seems to be wearing the same clothes. It's probably unlikely, but definitely possible. However, if the picture is real because it's from an earlier time, whoever got this picture online should at least be making that clear. It would still suggest that Reinoehl had possibly been stocking Danielson, but it wouldn't be evidence that, at the time of the murder, Reinoehl had been lying in wait to kill Danielson.

This picture can only be real if Danielson and Pappas passed by the same spot twice (and the first time Reinoehl was hiding inside that entrance but didn't shoot, or if this is a picture from some other location, and Reinoehl also decided not to shoot then, but got Danielson later. I find both of these possibilities unlikely, but certainly not impossible.
However, if this picture is supposed to show where Reinoehl was hiding just seconds before he shot Danielson, then the picture IS very fake.

Its not fake. This is a picture of him moments before his victims cross the street and he follows behind them to ambush. I believe the person shouting we got a couple here was to get the victims attention since they knew he had a can of mace in hand, they probably assumed they could pull self defense card.

After the first gun shot is heard, an explosion of what appears to be a gaseous substance occurs, which is quickly followed by a second gunshot. Affiant believes the gaseous substance was from the can of “Bear Attack Deterrent” that was being held by Danielson and which exhibited damage consistent with being struck by a bullet.
The mace was not deployed by any one person. Danielson has it in his possessions and the first bullet struck the can.
There's a high quality video out there that shows the victim spray mace at the shooter as the shooter walks up to him with his gun drawn. It took about half a second.

This picture is taken from across the street from where Danielson went down. So, not knowing the timing, but assuming this was right before the shooting, it does appear that they were ambushing them. Danielson and Pappas must have immediately walked across the street to where the shooting happened. This actually supports my theory that they were headed down there to fist fight, and got shot instead. I think the JEEP had his friends and the red car had BLM and when they saw them rolling up, they crossed the street to where they were planning on throwing down. This is obviously just a theory based on what I have seen.

You are correct. In the context of the shooting, this cannot be real. They are on the wrong side of the street. It is possible that this is an image from a different time in the night and may show an ambush opportunity that was missed.
I suppose it is possible that the picture is from some other time, but that same night, because everyone involved seems to be wearing the same clothes. It's probably unlikely, but definitely possible. However, if the picture is real because it's from an earlier time, whoever got this picture online should at least be making that clear. It would still suggest that Reinoehl had possibly been stocking Danielson, but it wouldn't be evidence that, at the time of the murder, Reinoehl had been lying in wait to kill Danielson.

Error level analysis didn't show anything out of he ordinary on the photo.
This picture can only be real if Danielson and Pappas passed by the same spot twice (and the first time Reinoehl was hiding inside that entrance but didn't shoot, or if this is a picture from some other location, and Reinoehl also decided not to shoot then, but got Danielson later. I find both of these possibilities unlikely, but certainly not impossible.
However, if this picture is supposed to show where Reinoehl was hiding just seconds before he shot Danielson, then the picture IS very fake.

Its not fake. This is a picture of him moments before his victims cross the street and he follows behind them to ambush. I believe the person shouting we got a couple here was to get the victims attention since they knew he had a can of mace in hand, they probably assumed they could pull self defense card.

Check out that misinfo in the witness statements! There's a video taken from the side of the street where Jay was shot.
