Looking at the video, it seems to show that the murderer came from the opposite side of the street where Danielson was though. It still looks like some kind of ambush, as he crosses the street to shoot Danielson as someone yells "we got a couple right here."
Someone correct me if If I'm wrong, but as far as I can see, the video shows Michael Reinoehl coming from across the street, and does not confirm that he was behind some gate or wall waiting for the Patriot Prayer guys to pass by.
EDIT 1: I wish that the person who downvoted this comment (and whoever else might do the same) would tell me why. I said I'm open to corrections, but until I'm presented with an explanation of how this picture can show where Reinoehl was at the time of the murder, I don't see how anyone who watches the undeniable video evidence can disagree with what I said.
EDIT 2: I appreciate it that someone did me a favor and replied at least letting me know that the picture was from the arrest warrant papers and gave me a link to it (the only thing this thread title says is "Bastard," without mentioning the origin of the picture, and I didn't know this document was available online).
After having being directed to the arrest warrant, I read it and again compared the video and the surveillance camera snapshots, which allowed me to figure out how the pictures fit with the video of the murder.
NOW, I know that, while the picture from this OP and the other pictures from the arrest warrant are real, they also confirm that, as I thought, Reinoehel was not hiding inside the garage in front of which the murder took place - which is what anyone who watched the video would assume, without having the knowledge that the victim and his friend had just crossed the street seconds before the shooting.
I now know the whole sequence of events starting minutes before the murder.
Even though only today (after I read the arrest warrant, compared the video and new pictures again, and figured out last night how the pictures fit the video), I saw a couple of specific replies to my comments that actually explain the context of the picture in this OP, I also want to say that I appreciate it that these pedes replied with a factual explanation, rather than a downvote, or just a downvote without any factual help.
I've only seen the short clip from across the street. Can you point me to links to a longer video?
