One person or two people wearing the same clothes, maybe not, but everyone in the video of the murder and in the picture, does at least very strongly suggest that the video and the picture are from the same day.
However, thankfully, someone here did me a favor and replied at least letting me know that the picture was from the arrest warrant document, and gave me a link to it (the only thing this thread title says is "Bastard," without mentioning the origin of the picture, and I didn't know this document was available online).
After I read the arrest warrant, and again compared the video and the surveillance camera snapshots, NOW, not only did I confirm that the picture in this OP is real, is indeed from the same day of the video showing the murder, AND is NOT of Reinoehl inside the garage in front of which the murder took place, but I also now know how the picture fits the video, and know the whole sequence of events starting minutes before the murder.
Not sure people "wearing the same clothes" give us much of a timestamp for that evening. Or that week, for that matter.
