Because this is how a normal case looks when the police actually want him to go down for his crimes. Otherwise he could get off if he got a good lawyer.
They found a .380 bullet casing. A handgun in .380 is very concealable and that's why lots of people carry it, I'm not surprised that would be the go-to for this guy. I wonder if it's the same gun he was previously charged with carrying during a riot?
[Edit: I read the rest of the report - the earlier gun was a Walther 9MM]
I did NOT know that Aaron had a 9mm in a holster plus three extra magazines. He would have had a chance to defend himself if he hadn't been set up and jumped.
He also had bear mace and a baton out and ready. He was prepared for trouble but that didn't save him from a commie ready to murder him.
From the report, it appears that Reinoehl, "subject #2", and "woman in white shirt" are all in on the murder or at the very least know that Reinoehl intended to commit murder. The report also excludes the skateboard guy from being in on it.
There is talk that the woman may be his daughter, whom Reinoehl is known to frequently bring to riots and related events, and that S2 is her boyfriend.
I have no way to confirm or verify that as true, just something I've seen floating around.
So are they going to go through his phone record and everyone involved needs to be pickup up by the vans immediately.
What like all the other Antifa security guards and Antifa medics? 🙄
Unless they were carrying burners...
news stolen from an OP earlier, wording and pages stolen from Any Ngo, i just put it all together into a good looking digestible post.
Second degree murder!? He lied in wait for Jay and ambushed him. How is that not first degree murder? He's dead now, so it's moot, but still.
First degree murder is when a criminal dies of a fentanyl overdose or a pedophile commie is killed in self defense.
Yeah that's some bullshit to see, nearly side by side, the double standards for how their own get charged vs how Kyle is getting charged.
Is it normal to charge someone with murder in a clear case of self defense?

Thank you!

2nd degree?!?! And where is Subject #2?
Who came up with that faggy term?
"Excuse me I have a complaint ... a guy was murdered."
"Oh! You want the complaints department - this is the Police!"
Whatever happened to MURDER CHARGE
Oh and love the faggots who put down '2nd degree' on something totally pre-meditated. He was out hunting 'Trumpers'. What a load of bullshit.
At least he's dead now.
What's this POS middle name... Attach it to his name.. Smear him in the media as a left wing assassin like John Wilkes booth.. Harvey Lee Oswald.
Why do these images seem mirrored?
He knew exactly where the cameras were pointed and committed the murder out of their view.
Premeditated and thus completely deserving, of 1st Degree Murder charges.
If you are examining people's security systems/cameras... you are a criminal planning a crime.
