Meanwhile, in NYC, they let the subway rapist go free. Because racism.

Literally turned himself in, they let him leave so he drove home. Then turned himself in again. Zero flight risk.

Someone with juice needs to get confirmation that Barr is shadowing this case and making sure every last goddamned bit is on the up-and-up.

1 mil bail would be a 100k bond in other states. And when he raised 1mil they set his bail to 2 mil with no bond. That’s like a 20 mil bail in other states.

And yes. Charging him in the first degree is legal retardation on several levels. Meanwhile they didn’t charge the Portland shooter with 1st degree. Democrats have stolen the blindfold from lady justice, held her hostage, blackmailed and threatened her, and now speaking on her behalf.

Stolen? More like raping a blind woman at this point.

Seems like a clear violation fo the Eighth Amendment. We should get Ruth Bader Ginsburg to help us since she wrote about this very topic.

Ginsburg words,

"Protection against excessive fines has been a constant shield throughout Anglo-American history for good reason: Such fines undermine other liberties. They can be used, e.g. to retaliate against or chill the speech of political enemies. They can also be employed, not in service of penal purposes, but as a source of revenue."

looks like the Judge is retaliating against a political enemy with excessive fees. Kyle turned himself in and demonstrated he was not a flight risk.

Need to dig through records and show what bail was for murders, rapist, pedos in WI, expose these cucks trying to make some type of example out of this American hero. #FreeKyle

one of those guys that kyle shot was charged w/ sexual assault of 4 boys b/t 9-11 or 10-12, one of the two. he shouldn't have even been on the street. and bicep man still hasn't been arrested, has he? a felon in unlawful possession of a fire arm and the video shows intent to injure/maim/kill.

these effingham leftists in our government must be crushed and never allowed to rise again.

13
SteveHuffmansTeeth 13 points ago +13 / -0

It's just my opinion that none of them should have been out on the streets. One should have definitely been strung up already but Kyle took care of that. The glock guy, as far as I know, still haven't been arrested or charged for his obvious felonies that were caught on video at multiple angles.

What a shame police in Wisconsin and Kenosha weren't deputized at that moment.

Would be interesting to see federal charges for those rioters involved.

what's the judge's name.

6
Fourtyandfourtyfive 6 points ago +6 / -0

Said the same on another post.

This assole ‘judge’ needs to be famous!! Maybe check his history of setting bail?

See if he has a history or just tried something new with our boy Kyle.

thistlemitten 4 points ago +4 / -0

This.

Elcidcampeador 13 points ago +13 / -0

Isn't he still in Illinois? I though the court had granted his lawyers a 30 day stay before extraditing...

9
underthesmellybridge 9 points ago +9 / -0

But he's not in Wisconsin.

He's in Illinois.

9
JohnVoight 9 points ago +9 / -0

It’s keeping him locked up for the maximum amount of time possible to ensure a deep state hit/threaten his family to relent via threatening a deep state hit.

Let’s call it what it is. Hang in there Kyle and the Rittenhouses!

7
LurkerGonnaLurk 7 points ago +7 / -0

They don't need the deep state for this. Kid's locked up. Media is publishing his name all over, despite him being a minor.

Why get a deep state hit when there's millions of unhinged TDSers, BLMers, and Antifas out there?

9
kornesque 9 points ago +9 / -0

He's such an insane flight risk that he turned himself in twice. 53D chess!

They want him killed in prison.

3
JackLemon [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

Without a doubt that is their objective. When will patriots wake up and grasp what is happening?

4
deagesntwizzles 4 points ago +4 / -0

Obviously need to crowd fund his bail.

4
Dialectic 4 points ago +4 / -0

I'm an idiot, how does bail work? The court sets an amount and you have to pay it like a bribe and you don't ever get it back? Or do you get it back at some point, so it's like holding collateral or whatever.

4
KeepAmericaAmerica 4 points ago +4 / -0

You get it back at the end of your court case, so this amount is chosen specifically to make it difficult for Kyle (or anyone) to be freed.

In states with bail bonds, you pay less of the announced bail amount (10% of it) but you don't get that back - instead that 10% goes to paying the bail bondsman for their "service".

3
WakingKnowledge 3 points ago +3 / -0

They wanted him locked up so they can have him killed in jail is my guess.

3
kornesque 3 points ago +3 / -0

Is Kyle in IL or did they ignore the delay in extradition?

3
Fourtyandfourtyfive 3 points ago +3 / -0

Name!!

Want the Name of the ‘judge’ that set his bail!!!

That asshole needs to be famous!

3
AlphaOmaga 3 points ago +3 / -0

Basically like a 20mil bail in any other state.

3
kjerney 3 points ago +3 / -0

So much for "excessive bond".

Sounds like a SCOTUS case in the making ;)

3
ChingChangChong 3 points ago +3 / -0

excessive bail is anti Constitutional

2
Whartooth 2 points ago +2 / -0

they want this kid gone and they arent afraid to break the rules to do so

2
pede-o-saurus 2 points ago +2 / -0

Grr, only accepts PayPal, dammit!

2
purple_it 2 points ago +2 / -0

iirc, he's actually being held in IL- and they refused to allow WI to extradite him

couple questions:

  • is that still true? and
  • what is IL law on this?

ninja e: it appears i was correct. no trolling/flaming. these are serious questions

proper e: if i'm understanding this correctly, he could post bond with 200k cash; but, then, i guess the real question is if he's safer there or with his family
