The ones I've had to do, that mostly works (and not just for "diversity training". It works for cybersecurity "training", privacy "training", any of them). Still annoying, but just put it on in the background and/or go do something else while the video plays, come back and answer a few painfully obvious questions, repeat.
It's more than just HR with some of these silicon valley companies, they have a dedicated diversity position that influences their hiring process as well as their in-house Codes of Conduct (which HR usually does play a part in)
And yea, don't get me started on Colleges. It's more than just a position now, many have an entire department dedicated to diversity. It's insanity

Schools everywhere are doing mandatory diversity training. We're at a tipping point: will we be majority full-blown Marxist or will the people say "enough"?
