If people truly cares they wouldn't need to be deputized. I live in a suburb of a major city in California. BLM sent about a hundred kids to start shit in the center of town. They found about a thousand young men waiting for them. The first four to try something snuck off to try and loot an electronics store. They caught the beating of a lifetime. BLM spent the rest of the night sitting on a street corner by a gas station bitching. About every 2 minutes a trump supporter drove by and mooned them. This is california, in a city. All I mean to say is show up. It's your community.
Not sure that most are, but some for sure. Plus, I think lay people are now seeing the importance of a strong and ethical DA. Portland has a weak, unethical, piece of shit who won't charge. Police will not arrest and risk death or injury if nothing comes from their effort.
If trump did martial law or insurrection act, left would scream “Trump’s a dictator” it’s really a trap. I’d say he needs to declare blm and antifa domestic terror groups, and bring any of them arrested up on fed charges.
Curious, not familiar with firearms law, if you wanted to scare off thugs like this climbing on your property, is it legal to fire a gun even if you purposely miss them? Or, say shooting in the air?
Say, if it was just blanks and you shot at them? Is that illegal also if you are not in a stand your ground or castle doctrine state? If anyone can chime in on this to clear this up. Seems you cant even 'brandish' a firearm at thugs like this on your property anymore.
