I don't think that's possible. The whole point of critical race theory is being critical of the white race, claiming that whites are inherently racist and they constantly use racism to further their agenda.
"Balance" would be going back to normal, hiring the most qualified people for positions, judging people by character and actions, banning propaganda aimed at domestic audiences, etc.
