Yep, because they don't have it. They have to go back to the racism cases against him for not hiring black people or whatever it was for

And that case was part of a citywide effort to break apart extant society-wide discriminatory barriers towards black rentals.

If an undercover cop runs a ‘minor with fake ID’ sting on a 7-11 clerk as part of a citywide operation to reduce underage smoking, we would hardly accuse the franchise owner of ‘trying to entice minors’. We would view it as a way to force the 7-11s across the city to crack down harder on ID security.

The apartment race settlement was this same scenario, and just as the cigarette sting might go find a ‘less-connected’ 7-11 to make an example of (rather than the one the mayors cousin owns), Trumps’ real estate was targeted to make an example for NYC’s ‘fair housing’ push.

His father banned blacks for some time at the request of white appartment renters that had complained. So they DID rent to black people in the first time but some neighbors complained. His father didn't even ban them on his own. He wanted to avoid a conflict. They stopped the practice after getting sued. Donald had nothing to do with this.

Trump only became a racist when he ran for president against a Democrat.
