Actually, I stand convinced that the top 3 PotUSes ever (except maybe the framers because the only piece of legislation more brilliant than the US Constitution is the Torah and even then I'm not all that convinced that working on a Saturday should be a capital offense) go like:

And I've been contemplating, meditating, praying, ruminating, and masticating on this for over three years, and yes, a lot of it has to do with the ridiculous environment in which we find ourselves, where Trump is putting up not only with all the crazy stuff you mentioned, but a globalist cabal which wants to either exterminate or enslave all humanity.
You excluded the framers but it's worth mentioning that Washington took a bunch of farmers with questionable equipment and led them against the best army in the world - and WON! Then when they tried to make him king he declined and instead helped create the only truly free nation in the world. Even as president he led troops into battle. Historians say that even 100 years after he died, if you could prove that Washington agreed with you about something, others would stop opposing you.
And people want to topple his statues and dename everything named after him... ... ...they should all be lined up against a very tough wall and sh-
Anyway, two reasons I excluded the framers: a) They're an amazing bunch that probably not even Donald Trump can surpass and b) I don't know enough about them individually to rank them (I'm a Can).

Before the election I heard our pastor (and several evangelists) say that Trump was going to be the modern day Jehu. If you don't recognise that name from the Bible, Jehu was not a righteous man, but the Lord sent him to kill Jezebel. Trump is divinely appointed to the pulling down of enemy strongholds (deepstate, pedo rings, etc.). It's why they are fighting him so hard.
The fact that he's a cool guy that doesn't mince words is just icing on the cake.
