Obama judge Dolly Gee, a chinese immigrant who has consistently ruled in favor of illegals/against ICE and Border Patrol, somehow had this Title 42 lawsuit land on her desk. How surprising. She ruled that the hotels that the illegals are staying at (before they take their flight back home under Title 42 rules) ARENT GOOD ENOUGH. The HILTON isnt good enough for the illegals.
This ruling cannot be overstated. It makes it so title 42 doesnt apply to children, thus, we will be back to catching and releasing children into the US. This will go into effect on 9/15 unless something is done. Make some noise about this pedes-----because our border is about to be stormed again otherwise
