"...for the first time." That's one to laugh at. I was reading about this being in use back in the eighties. Friends uncle worked for the feds and had military "magazines" talking about weapons that were in testing. This reminds me of when Chyna came out with the "aircraft carrier buster" that made the U.S. no longer the King of the Pacific. Soon after, it was reported, the U.S. "just" developed a counter measure. Me thinks there is much more to this than what we are shown.
