it's panic buying. People are stockpiling more than they'll ever use in a civil war scenario. "I got two mags for my ar! And ten thousand rounds!" I hope they give you time to reload mags, there, Jimboy.

King county (where Seattle is) made it more expensive to acquire ammunition. So now you have people who live there going to neighboring counties to buy firearms and ammo, which in turn, drives the people who live in those counties to...yeah, panic buying and retarded unconstitutional gun laws.
