The quote "Better to reign in hell than to serve in heaven" never made any sense to me. Like, assuming you really do believe in the Christian afterlife, do you actually believe Satan exalts the wicked? Fat chance. Satan is also serving his sentence in hell, he doesn't control it and you won't either.
