Want CA back? You have to repeal one law. The one where the top two voted for candidates end up on the ballot. Change it to the top two from each party. They have been abusing that for years. They stuff the ballot box to make sure two democrats are on the ballot and you get no real choice in the mater.
Fix that one thing and CA would change within 5 years.

Our elections are certainly rigged since mail in voting went into effect. The first one was a super close Governor's race.
The Dems were behind by several thousand votes. The Dems kept counting till they won
Same thing happened for multiple Seattle City Council seats in the last election (Kshama Sawant for instance)
