ExpressVPN doesn't have logs, lots of servers, and works on any device or operating system. Meaning you can use it on your computer and phone. Up to 3 devices I think.
Just do some research and make sure they do not have logs. Otherwise the Thought Police can get said logs and eventually match up who looks at what.
