She should've just said they were criminal actions and their perpetrators deserved jail time. She was obviously skirting that language because she doesn't want to jeopardize legal proceedings, but I think we all know that no legal proceedings are ever going to happen. No one gets punished for this shit. Just say they're criminals that should rot in jail.
