People are easily swayed by what they see other people do. Whenever you can, keep your mask off in public and show people that the harm is not what they think it is
I never wear one. If someone asks me to wear it, and they are polite, I’ll take it out of my pocket and pretend to put it on as I slowly walk out of their line of sight. If I have to interact with them and they are a friends parent or someone I respect, I’ll hold the mask over my face while talking to them.
If they are not polite, I just say ok and walk away.
