Yes. It's a fact that men love to see women in a skirt or dress. They like long or long-ish hair too. They love a strong rouge on the cheek, it makes the woman look healthy, involved, outdoorsy, and interested.
A woman in pants, with a short haircut, who never ovulates because she is on the Pill, cannot be amazed nobody is dueling over her love. None of the symbolism is working for her. Bad signage. Bad communication. Men are hunters and respond to visuals for that reason.
