Looks like a stock, cheap complete. Maybe 100-150 bucks if it was from a company like Arbor or part of the Dingy Series from Landyachtz. But those cheap, skate park only wheels scream "not built for serious cruising" lol.
A quality board can have 7-8 plys of hard rock maple; some are reinforced with fiberglass. I wish I had a pic of the underside of the board as the designs are a perfect giveaway as to brand. Not that it matters but I longboard for fitness/fun.
