Palin has received such bilious attacks...this is but one of them. I imagine these stresses contributed to her recent marital problems that were such a sad thing to hear about. The press really is a nothing more than a lot of "drive-bys", as Limbaugh is fond of calling them. They destroy without remorse or consequence and leave behind the wreckage and chain reaction that they set off. Then they quickly move on to the next target.
