No, the law federal law is clear: If you have been convicted of a crime that is punishable by more than one year ( a felony ) then you can not legally possess firearms or ammo. There is also a long list of enhancements that can be used in the sentencing phase.

Im imagining at my job (delivering packages) if my boss would just make me return all of the pickups from certain businesses. Id run my complaints up the chain but in the meantime im not wasting my time with those pickups anymore.
