And that is exactly why the feds should arrest and prosecute this POS. Being a felon in possession of a firearm is a federal crime, yet this asshole is free.

I think there needs to be crossing of state lines before feds can jump in, but im not a lawyer.

No, the law federal law is clear: If you have been convicted of a crime that is punishable by more than one year ( a felony ) then you can not legally possess firearms or ammo. There is also a long list of enhancements that can be used in the sentencing phase. So, I will ask again, why hasnt the DOJ swooped this fucker up? It is easy for us to be pissed at dem controlled states and cities, but why are the feds allowing it? I find that more disturbing than him not being punished by the state.

Never mind my posts. I was under the impression that his conviction was a felony. It was actually a misdemeanor intoxication involving a handgun. He’s still a scumbag Marxist , and I hope what is left of his arm falls off.
