( Hand counted counties sub 100k from wikipedia link below) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_counties_in_Pennsylvania When Trump beat Hillary in PA in 2016 there were 936,000 more registered Democrats than Republicans in the state and Trump still won.
