As I was driving past the street I grew up on yesterday they were painting a giant George Floyd mural on the side of a corner house. Did I mention that the neighborhood is 99% white. I've been looking to move anyhow but that is the final nail in the coffin.
Baltimore has lots of potential, but the amount of work needed to turn it around is going to be massive. Baltimore needs its Giuliani and even then it may not be enough.
