WOW, new profit center for the liberals to cash in early. Now they can do it to seniors and withhold their degree or pay fines to bump up the college's coffers. Need to PULL ALL ENDOWMENT PLEDGES AND DONATIONS TODAY. Hey, they can change the rules for Fake Covid, you can too.
