Find the other clip. There were 2 tossed, this one had bad aim. The other was a good throw into the police line, but it blew out as it flew through the air. PPD was very lucky. I hate to say it, but I wonder how long the PPD would keep the kid gloves on if they got lit on fire like the rioter did.
