The rona crackdowns are having a similar effect. Many properties will now become available. This was all anticipated & part of the plan.

When the Obama administration "restructured" GM and closed dealerships, the rate of Republican donor dealer closures to Dem donor dealer closures was like 4-1. Car dealership owners often have a lot of political power in the community - but not when they lose their dealerships.
