More than that, they're looking to disrupt capitalism by dividing people into polarized groups that have difficulty functioning with one another. White men are a primary target because they're most motivated to uphold Western ideals and capitalism alongside and many blacks have strong anti-white sentiments that can be preyed upon, especially with narratives about slavery.

When you bring this up or that whites were enslaved by raiding muslim pirates and Turks they'll always go back to "well I'm talking about America" despite the fact we got the second smallest amount of them and only the wealthiest people owned them and had a much better life had they been a slave in their homeland. They also forget everytime they call someone a "cracker" they're perpetuating their own conditioning because that's what the slave masters called the poor whites and indentured servants that worked along side them in the fields. That term originated in England.
