It was in scotland. Legal drinking age there is 18.

In America, the legal drinking age is 21 in some states and 22 in others, so the person asking the question didn't understand that in some countries, teenagers are able to go to bars and drink.

I remember when Team Canada who won the women's Olympic hockey gold in Vancouver BC. They celebrated and drank champagne in the dressing room. The Olympic comitee literally stepped into the locker room that night and wanted to strip a few Quebec girs on the team of the medal because they broke local laws. These girls were 18 and have been drinking legally in Quebec, but legal drinking age was 19 in British Columbia... thats when l realized that all these globalist organizations are such fucking pieces of shit.

Why was a teen getting hormone treatments and/or surgery?

You can be a teen and an adult.

You aren't fully developed as a teen even if someone qualifies you as an adult.

The psychedelic community recommends waiting until age 25 for optimum safety related to brain development. Jewish girls and boys are considered of age at 13. This issue is largely cultural.

It sounds like you think this law reduces teen drunkenness?

I don’t think that’s the sole point of the law. Since most humans aren’t fully developed until their 20s it makes sense to not allow them to consume harmful products, by law. Of course teens will still get drunk, same as people committing any other act legal or not.

The founder of MADD, who is responsible for fighting just about all legislation preventing the changing of our alcohol laws even admits they did too much and wishes they hadn't

Then was promptly arrested for drunk driving a few years later
