I hate to be a downer but the reality is although they’re might be more ppl vote republican / for trump In CA this time around, I do not think the state will go red. Too many NPCs (esp in LA and SF areas)....suspect the same in NY..
My thoughts exactly. Seeing an increase of republican votes would be a sign of things to come but really it would take 4-5 terms of Trump-esque leadership for california to flip.
I used to live in California for many years and the thoughts of many of the republican voters is it’s just not worth their time because california is so blue.
NY would be remarkable. California would be an absolute miracle. Republicans need like 8 million more republican votes than last election just to make it a close contest.
A Trump megalandslide would be great, but packing the halls of congress with more redpillled types would be even bigger.
