4th of July might as well have been renamed Trump of July. I wore my Trump socks, my red white and blue Bucket of Blood button up, and my red MAGA hat.
Nobody wore masks. I was hanging out with the Sheriffs. Virginia City IS Trump county.
October is fun all month. Ponderosa bar has a Halloween costume contest I believe on The Hauntober Parade(Oct 31st). Gidgit will probably be the bartender. You should stop by even if only during the day. Other than that, The Grinch made me do it Pub crawl is next up in December. Can’t go wrong with Christmas inspired booze
I went through Virginia City little while back and all of a sudden I realized just how Trumpian it was. So I rolled down my window to these two guys that were working on their car and I said “hey, this is MAGA country, huh! and they said “hell yeah!!” it was great.
Tahoe is very cailifornia but Carson, Dayton, Fernley are hanging on! So far... I love Nevada.
